Training needs assessment – capacity needs assessment for MS and VLP registered organizations

Welcome to the Training Needs Assessment Questionnaire for the AU Continental Volunteer Linkage Platform (AU CVLP)!

The AU CVLP, established by the African Union Youth Development and Engagement Division, serves as a coordinating hub to promote volunteerism across AU member states. With the aim of supporting countries in accelerating their volunteerism efforts and enhancing learning among stakeholders, the platform is conducting a training needs assessment.

This assessment aims to identify specific capacity-building needs of member states’ volunteerism coordinating bodies and volunteer-involving organizations. By determining high-demand trainings and skill gaps, we will develop virtual training materials to enhance the capacity of member states and VLP registered organizations.
